Congrats, Grads!

Another year, another group of Interp grads heading "out there!" Congratulations to all of you who have worked so hard, persevered, and now are going to make us look good!

Stay in touch, write if you get work (seriously- I'd love to add you to our "Interp map"), and feel free to contact us if you need anything. Our little Interp family grows a bit every year, and your Hocking contacts can prove to be very valuable in the future.

Good luck!

Free Concert!

Chris Rowlands of Aullwood Audubon will be performing his unique mixture of music, art, comedy, and education at the Activity Center of Camp Oty'Okwa near South Bloomingville. Closing out a week of teacher training by Crand Hollow Nature Preserve, the concert promises to be fun for all in a beautiful setting. Bring folding chairs and/or blankets. For more information, call 740-438-5777.

Gary just informed me that he will be competing in a speech contest at the McConnelsville Public Library next Thursday, June 11 at 7pm. If you are still in town, come out and cheer on one of our own!

Also, if you are interested in exploring Toasmasters and improving your communication skills, get in touch with Gary. He is trying to form a Nelsonville club next year, and it would be great experience for interpretation (or any) students.
