On Tuesday, February 2, 7:30pm, David Quammen, Author of "The Reluctant Mr. Darwin" will speak as part of the "Frontiers in Science" Lecture Series at Ohio University's Memorial Auditorium.
Also, on February 12, at 12 noon in the Baker Center Ballroom, Dr. Catherine Badgley will present "From Fossils to Food: A Darwinian Perspective on the Modern Biodiversity Crisis". Want to develop your storytelling skills? On Tuesdays from March 2-April 13, Athens Public Library is offering a storytelling class, led by professional storyteller Thomas Burnett.
